COMMAND & CONTROL
Hardware and software design of attitude detection, attitude actuation, position sensing, storage, and control systems.
STRUCTURE & PAYLOAD
CubeSat architecture and optical payload design. Physical interfacing, space allocation and weight budget for project subsystems.
COMMUNICATION
Design of VHF and UHF systems for downlink and uplink activities between SpudNik-1 and the ground station controlling it.
POWER
Capture, storage, and management of energy on board SpudNik-1. Responsible for power budget distribution amongst other subsystems.
